Here's my journey map
As you can tell from my journey map, I spent years learning and practicing financial related domains. After graduating from the best financial university in China, I got lucky to work for the world's second-largest corporation, committed to public relations and branding for the healthcare and electric power branches within the corporation. In my spare time, I mostly love reading and painting.
This is where I desired to make a shift to product making space - brings together my experience and passions in business, research, art, and marketing. Then I went to CCA, be surrounded by talented designers, and got inspired by every people I worked with. Also, I led a team that launched three products while studying.
Thanks to my journey in various fields. Learning journalism has taught me how to observe, listen, and find out the problem; learning finance has taught me how to uncover the truth from the data; doing public relations has taught me how to reach out to the stakeholders and empathize with my audience. I believe all of this paves the way to a good product designer - solving problems and making a difference.
